Welcome to Kaleidoscope Dance Awards

Join us for our 30th season!

Kaleidoscope Dance Awards made its’ debut in November 1994, at a time when no competitions ventured in to New Hampshire.  Under the direction of Melissa Hoffman, a 30-year studio owner and adjudicator, Kaleidoscope has become known as the “dance family competition” and “the dress rehearsal for the season”.  Our judging panel speaks non-stop in order to help studio directors, choreographers and dancers learn from their performance.  The atmosphere amongst studios is always supportive and friendly!  After all, that is what it is all about– education and friendships!

If you are looking for an organized, on time and friendly place to learn, we may be the place for you and your dancers.  No costumes? No problem! Our scoring is not based on costumes and in fact many competitors wear leotards and class apparel.

Kaleidoscope Dance Awards is committed to giving back to our local communities. In lieu of placement trophies, monetary donations are made to local charities in the amount that is equivalent to the cost of trophies. Dancers will receive medal standing award bracelets.  Overall winners will receive trophies.
