Melissa the director is extremely organized from start to finish. The schedule and the event are always running on-time and in a very efficient manner. Her backstage staff is very helpful and upbeat. My favorite part about the event is the judging staff and their educated critiques. We travel to at least 6 competitions each year…and in my opinion, the Kaleidoscope judges are by far the best in the industry. Each judge has a true understanding of training children in the classroom and for the stage. Their professional comments help to strengthen my dancers with technique and stage presence, all while doing so in a positive and uplifting manner for dancers of all ages. My students and I couldn’t ask for a better way to start our season every January.”
